Update to ST0872 Assessment plan

The ST0872 Assessment plan has been updated to version 1.1 which brings in a small amendment to the KSBs covered by the knowledge test.

S16 has been removed from the knowledge test as it was assessed in the practical too. However, the number of questions hasn’t changed. Get in touch if you have any questions.

2023 Apprentice wage update

From April 2023, the National Minimum Wage for Apprentices is now £5.28 per hour. For those aged 19 or over who have completed their first year it will be £10.18.

Update to The Standard and Assessment Plan for ST0252 – Lift and Escalator Electromechanic (Level 3)

The Standard and Assessment Plan for ST0252 – Lift and Escalator Electromechanic (Level 3) has been updated to Version 2.

2022 Apprentice wage update

From April 2022 the Government increase the National Minimum Wage for Apprentices from £4.30 to £4.81 per hour. For those aged 19 or over who have completed their first year it’ll be £9.18.
